Mr. and Mrs. Pinto

I love weddings, everything about them, but I especially love when my friends get married.  Mary is one of my dearest friends. When my family moved to our church in third grade I did not know how my life would transform.  I fell into a group of friends who became my best friends for many years.  Mary and I became best friends, attached at the hip practically.  From playing basketball together, to traveling with the youth group, to countless sleepovers, and years of going to Camp Ridgecrest, we have made many memories.  Unfortunately, when we both went to different colleges in 2005 we sort of lost touch.  We both got busy in our studies and college life and I regret not putting more effort into maintaining our amazing friendship.

However, the Lord knows my heart and knew our friendship was not over. After college we both ended up back in Charlotte and reconnected.  We have been growing our friendship ever since.  She was a part of my wedding, as a program attendant, and on July 9 I had the honor of returning the favor for her wedding.  Yesterday, she said I Do to a wonderful man who makes her incredibly happy.  I could not be happier for her.  She looked beautiful and radiated from the inside out, not to mention the huge smile on Michael's face.  I am truly blessed to call both Mary and Michael my friends.  Mary, I love you and I wish you two a lifetime of happiness.  Thank you for being an amazing friend and I can't wait to make more memories with you and your new husband.
